What RichLife Style Promotions provides

RichLife Style Promotions provides event-marketing and campaign support for live experiences: paid social campaigns, promotional creative and rollout, audience targeting and retargeting, ticket-path and event-page review, and campaign reporting. It is an independent company. It is not the event promoter, the ticketing platform, the venue, the booking agency, or the artist's management, and it is not owned by, operated by, certified by, or partnered with Meta Platforms or any advertising platform.

A campaign brief is not an agreement

Sending a campaign brief starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, reserve dates, or commit either party to anything. Services begin only after a written scope and commercial terms have been accepted by both parties.

Written scope

The written scope defines the event, the campaign period, the services, the channels, account access, deliverables, creative responsibility, approval responsibility, the media budget, the service fee, the payment schedule, launch timing, reporting, tracking limitations, the revision process, cancellation, pausing, platform failure, event cancellation or postponement, ownership and usage, and final decision authority.

Media spend and service fees

Advertising media spend is paid directly to the advertising platform from the client's ad account and is separate from the RichLife service fee unless the written scope states otherwise explicitly. Creative-production costs, third-party costs, ticketing costs, photography or video costs, platform charges, and taxes are separate items and are identified in the written scope where they apply.

Results are not guaranteed

Campaign support can improve clarity, reach, traffic, and follow-up. It is not a guarantee of ticket sales, attendance, revenue, reach, clicks, ad approval, or any specific result. Results vary with the event, the market, the artist, existing demand, timing, creative, budget, account history, tracking availability, and factors outside anyone's control.

Advertising and ticketing platforms

Advertising platforms control ad review, approval, delivery, audience eligibility, and account standing under their own policies. Ticketing platforms control checkout, payment, refunds, and availability. RichLife Style Promotions may review a ticket path and identify friction but does not operate those systems.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of event information, for holding the rights to any photographs, logos, copy, music, and creative they supply, for granting account access through official business and partner tools, and for approving creative and spend. Passwords, recovery codes, and authentication codes are never requested and should never be sent.

No deceptive urgency

RichLife Style Promotions does not run false scarcity, misleading ticket counts, false sellout claims, or inaccurate event details, and does not build audiences from purchased, scraped, stolen, or unauthorized data.
